[Recap+Review] Novoland: The Castle In The Sky – Time Reversal (九州天空城之时光回转)
This is going to be a special post!! You get a REVIEW and a RECAP!!! I totally fell in love with this movie when I was watching it. It was such a beautiful and tragic love story between the two leads, and I literally cried at the end.
Anyway, the story is the prequel to the Novoland: The Castle in the Sky series and focuses on Feng Tian Yi’s uncle and Feng Ru Che’s great-uncle, Feng Ren. If you’ve watched the recently ended Novoland: The Castle in the Sky 2, you’ll actually notice a lot of reoccurring cast in this drama. They don’t reprise their roles, as they’re different characters, but they are the same actors and actresses!

I’m not really a fan of Wang Yu Wen, but I have to say that I do like her character in this drama. I kinda wished it wasn’t really a Cinderella set-up, but I’ll look over that since I find her character to be quite good.

[First Impression] Love of Thousand Years (三千鸦杀)
When I first started watching this drama, I dropped it after the first few episodes. It was confusing, and I just couldn’t get into it. However, I decided to give it a try again last week, and it’s gotten much better now that I’ve made it past the beginning. BUT the only thing that stills irks me is the English title… Sigh… It’s a small grammar mistake, but it makes quite a difference. >_<
