The cast and crew of Beneath the Embroidered Uniform with leads Tang Son Yun and Allen Ren Jia Lun finished filming on January 22 (around there)! Here’s are some bts or drama stills they released.

Love this picture of our female lead lol.

Modern version of The King of Blaze with Jing Tian and Bolin Chen released two character posters.

Heartwarming stills for Cry Me a Sad River with Ma Tian Yu and Zheng Shuang. Air date of this drama is coming soon folks according to Anhui TV~

Return the World to You starring Yang Shuo and Gulinazha released some monochromatic posters (excluding Gulinazha’s pink dress) of the four characters. The drama is set to have 40 episodes with no premiere date announced yet.

Victoria Song and Ou Hao are confirmed as leads for the drama that will be based on the novel adaptation by Xin Yi Wu called 山月不知心底事 (The Moonlight Does Not Understand the Bottom of My Heart). The general premise centers around the heroine’s complicated relationship with two brothers. The drama adaptation will alter the relationship between the characters.

Remake of Gu Long’s novel, Chu Liu Xiang, is in production stage and will be known as Youth Chu Liu Xiang with a focus on making it idol type of wuxia drama and has a different storyline. Casting is yet announced.

Dongshan Fine After with Sierra Li will premiere on Mango TV (web) on January 31st every Wednesday to Friday at 6 pm. Drama will be around a skit resort and will feature Liu Dong Qin.

(ChocolateCosmos here) Omg I’m so stoke for this!!! Novel Bandit (You Fei) by Priest will be adapted into a drama with the title Legend of Fei. The story is sets place between the North and South where they are at war with each other. The female lead belongs to the central part where they are neutral. However, after her father was recruited, the female sets off on an adventure and meets the male lead along the way. This is a straight-up wuxia drama with no fantasy elements as far as I remembered (might have some tiny parts…) and there is definitely mystery alluding the male who is a renowned martial art warrior. Found the novel a bit long and is understandable if this drama adaptation will hit high on episode count. I hope the execution for this novel will be awesome because the female went from being alright to being badass as she slowly develops from her gained experiences. You can access links of the novel and synopsis translated at ShuShengBar.

I really really like this black and white pic!

Unfortunately, via the Korean media, Song Seung Heon and Crystal Liu have broken up (it’s believed that they have broken up during 2017) with confirmation on Song Seung Heon’s side. This is one of the couples that I was rooting for because it seemed that they were dating with intention of marriage, but it seems that long-distance relationship between the two didn’t work out 😦

On a brighter note, congratulations to Yan Yikuan as he announced his wife is pregnant on his birthday and said this was the best birthday present~

Here’s the official H&M Lunar New Year campaign stills with Yang Mi and Mark Chao that was covered in an earlier entertainment post. Got a video of the behind the scenes too~

Wallpaper Magazine China Edition for January and February 2018 issue of Du Juan (model). Really love the nature aesthetic that highlights the beauty of China’s sceneries.
