  2. Apparently Soul Mates got a lot of nominations! I always feel very conflicted about Chinese movies. On one hand, the fluffy and cliche star studded movies makes me face palm. On the other hand, the award nominated movies seems rather heavy and I am never sure if I will watch them.
On the list, I am the most interested by Cock and Bull ^^

    • Yes, Chinese movies are really extreme in that regard. It’s either mindless commercial fluff, so art house films that only movie critics can appreciate. Soul Mates is pretty good, but the plot is pretty complex and somewhat twisted, it take a bit metal effect to watch, but the reward/ending isn’t all that satisfying. If you enjoying watching art house movies, then go ahead, otherwise, it isn’t very entertaining.

  3. I want to watch my Soulmate. It won a lot of awards and I read really good reviews. Not really interested in any of the others.
